The TRZ Motorsports 328-31 & 303 package pairs stock-height billet aluminum spindles with TRZ's proven 6061 billet steering arms, making it a complete bolt-on solution for drag racers running 1970 - 78 and 1979 - 81 Camaro/Firebird models as well as the 1975 - 79 Nova. CNC'd fully in-house, these spindles use heat-treated stainless steel spindle pins for maximum durability while dropping a full 15 lbs of weight compared to stock.
This combination is engineered specifically for drag race applications and is compatible with brake kits designed for stock-style spindles - namely Strange and TBM 328-Billet offerings. When paired with TRZ's 303 steering arms (included in this bundle), you get stronger geometry control and a proper 1/2? straight tie-rod mount for easier bump steer tuning. For even sharper turning response, the optional 303-QS Quick Steer Arms can improve radius by up to 30% when used with rack-and-pinion steering.
If you run TBM brakes originally designed for OEM spindles, these spindles require a specific TBM caliper bracket - available in 2-piston or 4-piston versions. Aerospace, Baer, and Wilwood systems are not compatible with this assembly.
