The TRZ Motorsports Stock Height Billet Spindles are engineered for racers looking to drop front-end weight, improve suspension response, and run modern drag-race brake kits on classic GM A-Body, F-Body, X-Body, and early Corvette platforms. CNC-machined fully in-house, each spindle features a billet aluminum body combined with heat-treated stainless steel spindle pins for exceptional strength under race conditions.
These spindles are a direct upgrade for stock drum-spindle brake configurations and are compatible with popular bolt-on drag brake systems from Strange, TBM, and Wilwood. TRZ includes castle nuts, keyed washers, and cotter pins to complete installation.
To ensure correct steering geometry, these spindles must be used with TRZ 6061 billet steering arms (Part #303) or optional Quick Steer Arms (303-QS), which improve rack-and-pinion turning radius by up to 30%. A bump steer kit is recommended since the steering arm uses a 1/2? straight hole for the outer tie-rod end.
