Lightweight Adjustable Steering Column for 82 - 02 Camaro & Firebird
The TRZ Motorsports Lightweight Adjustable Steering Column gives 1982 - 2002 Camaro and Firebird owners a precise, lightweight, race-ready upgrade designed to improve steering response and cockpit ergonomics. Featuring TRZ's signature 6061 aluminum swivel ball mount, the column offers 10 height adjustment positions to tailor the driver's seating and steering angle perfectly for drag racing or high-performance street/strip builds.
This column mounts from the quick-release steering wheel hub to just past the firewall and does not include the long steering shaft that runs through the engine bay. This lets builders configure steering linkage around header clearance, rack placement, and aftermarket suspension geometry. A five-hole firewall mounting pattern ensures compatibility with the varied OE patterns found across third-gen and fourth-gen F-Body models.
