2" Drop Billet Spindle-Mount Drag Spindles for 1964 - 1972 Chevelle A-Body
The TRZ Motorsports 2" Drop GM Billet Spindle Mount Spindles are engineered for serious A-Body drag racers running spindle-mount wheels and lightweight brake systems. These spindles eliminate heavy hubs, reduce rotating mass, and improve geometry on lowered drag race cars while delivering the strength needed for hard launches and high-horsepower applications.
Each spindle is CNC-machined in-house from premium billet aluminum and comes standard with heat-treated stainless steel spindle pins. For racers chasing every ounce, TRZ also offers an upgrade to titanium spindle pins (32601-TI), saving just under one pound of rotating weight. Hardware is included: castle nuts, keyed washers, ARP stainless caliper bolts, steering arm bolts, and cotter pins.
These spindles must be used with TRZ Billet Steering Arms (303) or the Quick Steer Arms (303-QS), which can improve turning radius by up to 30% on rack-and-pinion equipped cars.
Ideal for drag race setups only, these 2" drop spindles correct suspension geometry and shock height on lowered A-Bodies. They work with aftermarket spindle-mount and hub-style drag brake systems from Strange and TBM - but will not work with OEM-style brakes.
