PRO Series Upper Control Arms for 1977 - 1996 Impala & Caprice
The TRZ Motorsports 322-PRO-Uppers are high-strength tubular upper control arms engineered for 1977 - 1996 Chevrolet Impala and Caprice B-Body vehicles. Built from TIG-welded chrome-moly tubing, these arms provide superior rigidity, reduced weight, and optimized suspension geometry for competitive drag racing applications.
Each upper arm features chrome-moly rod-ends mated to billet cross-shafts for maximum adjustability and minimal friction. When paired with TRZ's lower control arms, the complete system can achieve 6 - 7 degrees of positive caster, dramatically improving straight-line tracking and stability. Uppers or lowers used alone cannot reach these caster values.
Travel limiters are integrated into the upper arms to help manage upward suspension travel, improving front-end rise and weight transfer consistency during hard launches. These arms are a direct replacement for factory stamped upper control arms but are engineered strictly for racing performance.
Important: TRZ A-arms are designed for drag racing only, and they do not include sway bar tabs. Not intended for street use.
