TRZ Motorsports Bump Steer Kit for Stock Steering - Factory Spindles (C2 / C3 Corvette) - 320-202-2

Bump Steer Correction Kit for C2 & C3 Corvette with Factory or Non-TRZ Spindles

The TRZ Motorsports Bump Steer Kit is designed specifically for C2 and C3 Corvettes running factory or aftermarket non-TRZ spindles with stock-length tie rods. This kit replaces the entire factory tie-rod assembly - including the inner and outer tie rod ends - with a fully adjustable chrome-moly setup that allows precise tuning of tie-rod height at the spindle.

This adjustability is crucial for lowered Corvettes, where suspension geometry changes often introduce bump steer. By dialing in the correct tie-rod angle, this system helps maintain proper steering alignment through suspension travel and greatly reduces unwanted toe-change.

TRZ includes chrome-moly rod ends, LH/RH tie-rod adjusters, 6061 aluminum spacers, and new inner tie rods. Installation requires drilling the factory spindle/steering arm tapered hole to 1/2" to accept the hardware supplied in the kit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to modify my spindles to install this kit?

Yes. The factory tapered hole must be drilled to 1/2" to fit the supplied TRZ hardware.

Is this kit necessary for a lowered Corvette?

Absolutely. Lowering alters steering geometry, and this kit helps eliminate bump steer by allowing proper tie-rod height adjustment.
