Bump Steer Kit for 77 - 96 Impala & Caprice with TRZ 4130/Billet Spindles
The TRZ Motorsports Bump Steer Kit is engineered for 1977 - 1996 Chevy Impala and Caprice B-Body platforms equipped with TRZ 4130 or TRZ Billet spindles. TRZ spindles use a proprietary steering arm design that supports longer tie rods than factory or aftermarket non-TRZ spindles, giving you greater steering geometry adjustment range.
Lowering a B-Body can introduce unwanted toe change through suspension travel - classic bump steer. This kit replaces the factory inner and outer tie-rod ends with a durable, fully adjustable chrome-moly setup that lets you fine-tune tie-rod height at the spindle for precise correction.
The kit includes chrome-moly rod ends, LH/RH adjusters, 6061 aluminum spacers, and brand-new inner tie rods. Installation requires drilling the spindle/steering-arm tapered hole to 1/2" to fit the TRZ hardware.
