The TRZ Motorsports 319-STK-Lowers are high-performance tubular lower control arms designed for 1978 - 1988 Chevrolet Malibu G-Body platforms. Constructed from TIG-welded chrome-moly tubing, these lowers deliver exceptional rigidity, weight reduction, and improved suspension geometry for drag-racing applications.
These stock-spring lowers accept factory-style coil springs and shocks, making them the ideal option for racers who want to retain stock spring architecture while upgrading performance. The dropped spring perches help accommodate taller aftermarket coils, and depending on spring choice, the front end may lower naturally between 1.5 and 1.75 inches compared to OEM height.
When paired with the TRZ PRO Series upper control arms, the complete system can achieve 6 - 7 degrees of positive caster. Uppers or lowers alone may not achieve the intended caster range. The uppers include travel limiters to fine-tune weight transfer and launch characteristics.
Note: TRZ control arms are intended for drag racing only. They do not include sway bar tabs and are not designed for street driving.
