TRZ Motorsports Bump Steer Kit for Stock Steering - TRZ Spindles (4130 & Billet) (1978 - 1988 Chevy Malibu - G-Body) - 319-202-2T
Bump Steer Kit for 78 - 88 Malibu with TRZ 4130/Billet Spindles
The TRZ Motorsports Bump Steer Kit for 1978 - 1988 Chevy Malibu G-Body models is engineered specifically for cars running TRZ 4130 or TRZ Billet spindles. TRZ spindles use a proprietary steering-arm design that allows the use of longer tie rods, offering increased adjustment range compared to factory-style spindles.
Lowered G-Body cars often develop unwanted toe change as the suspension cycles. This kit replaces the factory inner and outer tie-rod ends with a robust, fully adjustable chrome-moly system designed to correct steering geometry. Adjustable tie-rod height at the spindle gives you the precision needed to significantly reduce bump steer.
The kit includes chrome-moly rod ends, LH/RH adjusters, 6061 aluminum spacers, and brand-new inner tie rods. Installation requires drilling the tapered spindle/steering-arm hole to 1/2" for TRZ hardware.
