The TRZ Motorsports 316-PRO-CO Coilover Style Complete Kit is a full front suspension upgrade engineered for serious drag racers running 1967 - 1969 Camaro, 1967 - 1969 Firebird, and 1968 - 1974 Chevrolet Nova. Built using TIG-welded chrome-moly tubing, this matched upper and lower tubular control arm package dramatically improves front-end strength, reduces weight, and optimizes geometry for maximum track stability and weight transfer.
This complete kit includes PRO Series tubular upper control arms with chrome-moly rod-ends and billet cross-shafts, along with coilover-specific lower control arms designed to accept all 1" wide à 1/2" ID bearing-style lower shock mounts. If you're using QA1 coilovers, TRZ recommends the COM8T-102PK bearing kit for proper fitment.
The coilover-style lowers deliver notable ride height changes, typically reducing the front end by approximately 2 inches with 316-style lowers, and 2 - 3 inches when using TRZ's 319/S10 coilover lowers. This aggressive stance enhances weight transfer and improves the car's ability to plant the front end under power.
When used together, the uppers and lowers provide the correct geometry to achieve 6 - 7 degrees of positive caster. Uppers or lowers alone cannot achieve these numbers and may create camber/caster constraints if not installed as a complete matched system.
Important: TRZ A-arms are designed exclusively for drag racing. They do not feature sway bar tabs and are not intended for street use.

No. This is a coilover-only system. Stock springs require TRZ's 316-PRO-STK kit instead.
