The TRZ Motorsports 203-UW6-TT Anti-Roll Bar Kit delivers maximum chassis rigidity and launch consistency thanks to its proven Twin Tube / Girth Brooks ultra - heavy-duty design. Built for serious drag racers who demand the highest torsional strength, this unwelded builder's kit allows custom fabrication while providing one of the strongest ARB systems available from TRZ.
The included unwelded HD ARB link kit features two 1" chrome-moly tubes, LH/RH inserts, matching rod ends, housing tabs, and Grade 8 hardware. The twin-tube construction uses a 1-5/8" inner chrome-moly tube reinforced with a massive 2-1/4" outer tube, creating an incredibly rigid anti-roll bar capable of controlling chassis twist in high-power drag applications.
This kit allows up to 25" center-to-center ARB width, and the bar can be shortened to fit tighter chassis layouts. It includes 6" CNC-machined one-piece billet arms (measured center of ARB tube to center of rod end), offering increased leverage for smoother, more controlled weight transfer.
Mounting brackets are included for welding to any 1.625" crossmember (crossmember not included). Note that twin-tube kits cannot be used with under-housing mounts due to the larger tube diameter and housing clearance issues.
The kit finishes with billet aluminum end caps equipped with bronze bushings and grease fittings for smooth operation (bronze ID may require light sanding after welding arms). When installed correctly, this ARB system eliminates body roll, delivering straighter, more consistent launches and improved overall chassis stability.
