The TRZ Motorsports 203-UW6 Anti-Roll Bar Kit is a heavy-duty, unwelded standard HD ARB system designed for drag racers seeking improved weight transfer, predictable launches, and zero body roll - without the added mass of a twin-tube setup. This builder's kit gives fabricators total control over installation while retaining TRZ's trusted anti-roll engineering.
The kit includes the full unwelded HD ARB link package with (2) 1" chrome-moly tubes, LH/RH inserts, matching rod ends, (4) housing tabs, and Grade 8 hardware. The main anti-roll bar uses a proven 1-5/8" chrome-moly tube, offering excellent torsional strength for most drag racing environments.
This system supports up to 25" center-to-center width from link to link, with the ability to shorten the bar to match your chassis or suspension geometry. This model includes 6" CNC-machined billet one-piece arms (measured from center of ARB tube to rod-end center), providing greater leverage and smoother chassis control under hard acceleration.
The kit includes brackets that weld to any 1.625" crossmember (crossmember not included), or can be configured for under-housing mounting. Unlike the larger twin-tube systems, the standard HD design is compatible with both mounting styles.
Each system features billet aluminum end caps with bronze bushings and grease fittings for smooth, serviceable operation. (Bronze ID may require minor sanding after welding arms.) Once correctly installed, this ARB effectively eliminates body roll, delivering straighter, more consistent launches and enhanced traction.
