Heavy-Duty Standard Anti-Roll Bar Builder's Kit
The TRZ Motorsports 203-UW5 Anti-Roll Bar Kit is a robust, weld-together standard HD drag racing ARB system engineered for racers wanting consistent, straight launches without the added weight or complexity of the twin-tube / Girth Brooks design. This unwelded builder's kit is ideal for fabricators who want full freedom to customize chassis setup while retaining TRZ's proven anti-roll bar geometry.
Every kit includes the full unwelded HD ARB link kit - two 1" chrome-moly tubes, LH/RH rod ends and inserts, four housing tabs, and Grade 8 hardware. The standard HD version uses a strong and lightweight 1-5/8" chrome-moly main tube, offering excellent torsional control for most drag racing applications.
The system supports up to 25" center-to-center from link to link and can be trimmed to shorter widths as needed for tight chassis builds. Racers may choose between 5" or 6" billet CNC-machined one-piece arms, measured center of ARB tube to center of rod end.
This kit includes brackets that weld to any 1.625" crossmember (crossmember not included) or optional under-housing mounts. While twin-tube units are not under-housing compatible, the standard 203-UW5 kit can be used with either mount style.
The included billet aluminum end caps with bronze bushings ensure smooth movement, with grease fittings for easy service. (Bronze bushing ID may require light sanding after arm welding.) When properly installed, this ARB setup virtually eliminates body roll, giving drag racers the straight, predictable launches and improved weight transfer needed for better 60-foot times.
