This kit replaces non-adjustable tie-rod ends and gives you the precision needed to maintain proper steering geometry and significantly reduce bump steer when tuned correctly.
Compatible with both standard and narrowed Pinto rack-and-pinion systems using 1/2-20 threads, this kit includes premium chrome-moly rod ends, durable Grade 8 hardware, and lightweight 6061 aluminum spacers. Installation requires drilling the OEM tapered spindle or steering arm hole to 1/2?.
TRZ's measuring method for determining your vehicle's A-Dimension ensures you select the correct adjuster length. If your required distance exceeds 7?, TRZ advises using the Universal Weld-Up Kit to build a custom-length solution.

How to Measure Your A-Dimension
- Point wheels straight forward
- Center rack-and-pinion
- Align tie-rods toward steering arm mounting hole
- Measure from end of rack threads to hole center
- Measurements must match on both sides; otherwise, the rack is off-center
