The TiALSport MV-I 2.5 Wastegate Actuator is a compact, modular internal wastegate solution designed to replace the popular OE 480099-series actuators found on many factory and aftermarket turbochargers. Engineered for improved durability and consistent boost control, the MV-I 2.5 is an ideal upgrade for performance builds requiring precise actuator response in a compact package.

Optimized for use with TiALSport IWG-series turbine housings, the MV-I 2.5 features a fully anodized aluminum housing for corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. A high-temperature silicone-reinforced diaphragm and stainless steel actuator spring ensure stable pressure control even under sustained heat and boost. With a universal two-bolt mounting pattern and multiple stem and hardware options available, this actuator offers excellent flexibility for a wide range of turbocharger setups.

Designed with modularity in mind, the MV-I 2.5 is supplied with a 1/4"-UNF threaded stem, allowing easy adaptation to existing linkage hardware. Optional straight or offset-bent stem configurations and additional mounting hardware are available separately, making it easy to tailor the actuator to your specific application.
