TiALSport MVR 44mm External Wastegate - Universal Turbo Applications

The TiALSport MVR 44mm Wastegate sets the benchmark for compact design, precise boost control, and installation flexibility in high-performance turbo systems. Smaller than any current 44mm or 46mm wastegate on the market, the MVR delivers exceptional flow capacity while fitting into tight engine bays where space is at a premium.

Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for TiAL’s legacy V44, the MVR features an advanced V-band inlet and outlet configuration that simplifies installation and fabrication. With three lower ports and two top air ports, the MVR allows optimal boost control plumbing without the need to rotate the actuator cap. Integrated -4AN water cooling ports circulate coolant through the actuator housing, helping manage temperatures in extreme operating conditions and ensuring consistent performance under sustained boost.

Built with motorsports-grade materials throughout, the MVR combines a high-temperature alloy valve, stainless steel housing, and reinforced silicone diaphragm to deliver long service life and reliable boost regulation. Finished with a color-anodized aluminum actuator cap, the MVR offers both performance and visual appeal for serious street and race builds.
