The TiALSport QR-Series Recirculating Blow-Off Valve with a 29mm discharge is engineered for MAF-based and closed-loop intake systems that require controlled, efficient boost recirculation. Built on the proven Q-Series platform, this valve routes excess pressure back into the intake tract to maintain smooth drivability, accurate air metering, and consistent performance under boost.

Precision CNC-machined from aluminum alloy, the QR-Series features a large 50.5mm valve paired with a V-band mounting system that bolts directly to standard TiAL flanges without welding. High-temperature internal components, a reinforced silicone diaphragm, and a secure O-ring valve seal ensure reliable operation in high-boost environments. Capable of supporting up to 900 horsepower, the QR-Series 29mm BOV is ideal for high-performance turbocharged and supercharged applications requiring compact recirculation plumbing.
