The TiALSport QR-Series 1.5-inch Recirculating Blow-Off Valve combines the proven airflow control of the Q-Series platform with a larger recirculation outlet for high-demand intake systems. Designed specifically for MAF-equipped and closed-loop setups, this valve efficiently routes excess boost back into the intake, maintaining smooth drivability and consistent air-fuel ratios under aggressive boost conditions.

Constructed entirely from CNC-machined aluminum alloy, the QR-Series features a large 50.5mm valve and a precision V-band mounting system that bolts directly to standard TiAL flanges without welding. High-temperature sealing components, a reinforced silicone diaphragm, and hard-anodized wear surfaces ensure reliable operation at elevated boost levels. With the ability to support up to 900 horsepower, the QR-Series 1.5-inch BOV is ideal for high-performance turbocharged and supercharged builds requiring increased recirculation capacity.
