The TiALSport F38 Wastegate is a compact, high-performance external wastegate designed as the direct successor to the legacy F35. Featuring a unique 2-bolt inlet and outlet design, the F38 is an ideal upgrade for existing setups using similar flanged wastegates, offering improved durability, easier installation, and precise boost control in a modernized package.
Built with motorsports-grade materials, the F38 uses a high-temperature alloy valve with a wear-resistant coating to deliver extended service life under extreme exhaust heat. A stainless steel valve housing, reinforced silicone actuator diaphragm, and stainless steel internal components ensure consistent boost regulation even during sustained high-load operation. Its compact footprint allows the F38 to fit into tight engine bays where space is at a premium, without sacrificing performance or reliability.
Designed for straightforward installation and long-term durability, the F38 includes CNC-machined air fittings and sealed gaskets, while optional 304L stainless steel weld flanges are available separately to accommodate custom turbo plumbing needs.
