Built around Thermal R&D’s proven True Helmholtz Technology, this system eliminates unwanted cabin drone without sacrificing aggressive tone under acceleration. The 3" mandrel-bent T304 stainless steel tubing improves exhaust efficiency while delivering long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance.

This dual exit catback mounts directly to the factory catalytic converters/downpipes and uses OEM hanger locations for a true bolt-on installation — no cutting or welding required. Compatible with all cab and bed lengths (some models include an adapter and additional slip clamp), this system provides a clean rear profile and a sound your EcoBoost should have had from the factory.
