Texas Speed designed these long tube headers using fully mandrel-bent CNC-formed tubing for optimal exhaust flow and precision fitment. The heavy-duty 2.0mm thick tubing provides superior strength over thinner competitor designs, while the merge-style collectors help improve scavenging and power production throughout the RPM range. Paired with a 3-inch high-flow catted X-pipe, this system offers an aggressive exhaust tone without sacrificing quality or reliability.

Important Notes
Additional modifications may be required for convertible models.
ZL1 applications may require modification of the differential cooler lines for proper clearance.
Customers using optional 2-inch primary headers may experience limited clearance near the steering shaft on electric power steering applications. Minor modifications such as shifting the engine or removing the steering shaft boot may be required. Customers concerned with clearance are encouraged to use the 1-7/8-inch version.
