Built for direct-injected and boosted engines, the Stage 3.5 Boost Cooler from Snow Performance delivers advanced two-dimensional water-methanol injection control. By referencing both boost pressure and fuel pressure sensor input, this system delivers pinpoint accuracy—injecting exactly what your engine needs, when it needs it.
Adding fuel pressure to the mapping equation allows the injection curve to extend beyond standard boost-only setups, giving you broader tuning flexibility and more refined control. The VC-100 controller combines a boost gauge and water-meth controller into one sleek unit, featuring a vibrant 7-color OLED display (Blue, White, Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple, Green). It shows boost levels, injection percentage, fluid level alerts, secondary stage activation, and prime status. You can match the display to your factory gauges or mix two colors for a custom look.
This kit features the only OEM-approved water-methanol pump on the market, built with a proprietary heat flange, dual seals, and custom motor windings to run cooler and last longer. The 300 PSI UHO pump is sealed and potted to prevent moisture intrusion—unlike sleeve-style pumps that trap heat and accelerate corrosion. All components are built for durability with stainless steel, nickel plating, EPDM seals, and hard anodizing, making the system fully methanol-resistant.
Snow’s ACU-SEAL compression fittings ensure leak-free operation even with 100% methanol. Whether you're running a turbo, supercharger, or high-compression setup, the Stage 3.5 Boost Cooler helps deliver a colder, denser intake charge and elevates 91-octane fuel to race-level 116-octane performance.
Important Note:
This kit is not designed for trunk-mounted setups. If mounting in the trunk, you’ll need solenoid part #SNO-40060 and a longer feed line.
