The Stage 2.5 Boost Cooler system features Snow Performance’s VC-50 progressive controller (52mm gauge), which adjusts water/methanol injection based on boost pressure. With customizable start and full boost points, you can fine-tune the injection curve to match your engine’s demands. This proportional delivery helps lower intake temps, increase fuel octane from 91 to race-level 116, and unlock full power across a wide operating range.
The VC-50 doubles as a boost gauge and injection controller, featuring a vivid 7-color OLED display (Blue, White, Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple, Green). It shows boost pressure, injection percentage, fluid level alerts, secondary stage activation, prime function, and system diagnostics—all in one interface. You can match the display color to your factory gauges or mix two for a custom look.
This kit includes the only OEM-approved water/methanol pump on the market, engineered with a proprietary heat flange, dual seals, and a custom motor winding for cooler, longer-lasting operation. The 300 PSI UHO pump is built for harsh environments, with sealed O-ring connections and potted internals to block out moisture. All components are 100% methanol-resistant, using stainless steel, nickel plating, EPDM, and hard anodized finishes for long-term durability.
