The Snow Performance Multi-Pump Fuel Hat provides a superior solution for high-output fuel pump upgrades, eliminating the need for unreliable hoses and clamps. The billet aluminum manifold has CNC-machined passages, making this one of the most professional and reliable pump upgrades on the market. The CNC-machined bodies securely hold the fuel pumps and feature Viton chemical-resistant O-rings to guarantee a perfect, leak-free fit. Engineered and built in the USA from 6061 billet aluminum, these fuel hats are black anodized for ultimate durability and corrosion resistance, making them compatible with E85 and other harsh fuels.

 
For street-driven applications, it is beneficial to combine a smaller fuel pump with one or two larger fuel pumps. This allows you to drive on the lower-amp-draw pump to reduce heat, then activate the larger pumps to support your high horsepower needs. The unique pump sock merges all three pumps into a single feed, preventing fuel starvation during aggressive driving. The 10-micron pre-filter also mounts directly to the pumps, eliminating the need for extra bulkheads and hardware.

Notes:

    • Fittings are sold separately. 
    • This "Xtreme" configuration (Three 490 LPH pumps) is capable of supporting 1900+ rwhp on E85 and up to 2500 rwhp on gasoline. 
    • All three pumps MUST run at the same time to avoid pressure issues. This configuration is not suitable for staged pump setups.
    • CTS-V applications will require swapping to a 5th gen Camaro fuel level sending unit, with minor modifications.
    • Please allow 1-3 business days for assembly.
