Snow Fuel Hat – Triple Pump Streetable (2010–2015 Camaro / 2009–2015 CTS-V) – SNF-52200H
Say goodbye to messy multi-pump setups with T-fittings, unreliable hoses, and clamp-heavy installs. Snow Performance’s Multi-Pump Fuel Hat system offers a streamlined, high-output solution built for serious performance.
Each fuel hat features a CNC-machined billet aluminum manifold with internal passages that eliminate the need for rubber lines and hose clamps—components that often wear out or fail under pressure. Every aspect of the design is engineered for reliability, including secure pump mounting and Viton O-rings that resist chemicals and ensure a tight, leak-free seal.
Manufactured in the USA from 6061 billet aluminum, these hats are finished in black anodizing for maximum corrosion resistance and long-term durability—even with aggressive fuels like E85.
Fuel hats come equipped with female 10AN ORB feed and 8AN ORB return ports. Swivel adapters (sold separately) allow easy integration with 10AN, 8AN, or 6AN lines. Pump assemblies are available in 2- or 3-pump configurations using genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) pumps—choose from 450 LPH, 470 LPH (HELLCAT 525), or 490 LPH (535) depending on your build.
Designed for return-style fuel systems only. Not compatible with returnless setups. These pumps support gasoline, ethanol blends (E10, E85, E98), and 100% ethanol. Methanol use is not supported.
For street-driven builds, pairing a smaller pump with one or two larger units allows for efficient cruising and full power under boost. To stage pumps based on boost, use the Snow Performance Boost-Activated Pressure Switch (SNO-81014) and Multi-Pump Relay Module (SNF-20003).
One standout feature is the integrated pump sock that merges all three pumps into a single feed. This prevents fuel starvation during spirited driving—even if one sock is submerged and others aren’t. The 10-micron pre-filter mounts directly to the pumps, eliminating bulkheads and excess hardware while maintaining consistent flow.
Pump Configuration Options:
- 2 Pump Streetable: One 450 LPH + One 470 LPH. Supports 1000+ RWHP on E85 / 1300+ RWHP on gasoline.
- 3 Pump Streetable: One 450 LPH + Two 470 LPH. Supports 1500+ RWHP on E85 / 2000+ RWHP on gasoline. Draws 10–12% less current than the Race setup.
- 3 Pump Race: Three 470 LPH (HELLCAT 525). Supports 1600+ RWHP on E85 / 2100+ RWHP on gasoline.
- 3 Pump Xtreme: Three 490 LPH (535). Supports 1900+ RWHP on E85 / 2500+ RWHP on gasoline. All pumps must run simultaneously—this setup is not compatible with staged activation.
Fittings not included.
Includes wiring harness for fuel pumps and fuel level sending unit.
Note for CTS-V owners: You’ll need to swap to a 5th-gen Camaro fuel level sending unit. Minor modification required.
