Snow Dual Pump Fuel Hat – Streetable Setup for 2014–2019 C7 Corvette SNF-52150
Say goodbye to messy multi-pump installs that rely on T-fittings, rubber hoses, and unreliable clamps. Snow Performance has engineered a cleaner, more efficient solution. Their Multi-Pump Fuel Hat features a billet aluminum manifold with CNC-machined internal passages, eliminating the need for deteriorating lines and leak-prone connections. Every detail is built for durability and high-output performance.
Manufactured in the USA from 6061 billet aluminum, each fuel hat is finished in black anodizing for maximum corrosion resistance and long-term compatibility with E85 and other aggressive fuels. Viton O-rings ensure a secure, leak-free seal, while the pump bodies are precision-cut to hold fuel pumps firmly in place.
Fuel hats include female 10AN ORB feed and 8AN ORB return ports. Swivel adapter fittings (sold separately) allow easy integration with 10AN, 8AN, or 6AN fuel lines. Pump configurations are customizable using genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) units in 450 LPH, 470 LPH (Hellcat 525), or 490 LPH (535) flow rates—no knockoffs, just OE-grade reliability.

- Not compatible with returnless setups
- Safe for gasoline, ethanol blends (E10, E85, E98), but not methanol
Street-Driven Strategy: For daily-driven builds, pairing a smaller pump with one or two larger units allows low-amp cruising and cooler operation. Under boost, the larger pumps activate to support high horsepower. For staged activation, use Snow’s Boost-Activated Pressure Switch (SNO-81014) and Multi-Pump Relay Module (SNF-20003).
Integrated Pump Sock & Pre-Filter: A shared pump sock merges all three pumps into a single feed, preventing fuel starvation during spirited driving. The 10-micron pre-filter mounts directly to the pumps—no bulkheads or extra hardware needed.
