This upgraded bridge and tube assembly replaces the restrictive factory design, delivering smoother airflow, stronger sealing, and improved performance for both stock and tuned applications.
High-Strength A356.0-T6 Aluminum Construction
The PPE intake bridge is cast from A356.0-T6 heat-treated aluminum alloy, offering excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and heat stability. Precision permanent-mold casting ensures consistent quality and long-term durability.
Improved Airflow & Leak-Free Boost Control
The factory LBZ/LMM bridge and tube rely on a slip-fit connection that commonly leads to boost leaks. PPE eliminates this issue with a bolted tube-to-bridge connection sealed by an O-ring, ensuring a secure, leak-free fit even under elevated boost levels. The high-flow design promotes smoother, less restrictive airflow for better throttle response and increased power potential.
Direct-Fit Installation
This kit installs directly in place of the OEM components and works with both the factory lower intake manifold and PPE's upgraded lower manifold. PPE includes all required hardware along with upper and lower manifold gaskets for a clean, straightforward installation.
Sensor Compatibility
The PPE bridge manifold is designed to accept the factory intake air temperature sensor, maintaining full OEM functionality.
