The PPE Hot and Cold Side Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit is engineered to eliminate the airflow restrictions found in the factory plastic charge pipes on the 2.3L Bronco. By replacing the undersized OEM piping with precision-formed stainless steel tubing, this kit delivers improved airflow, quicker throttle response, and long-term durability for both daily driving and aggressive off-road or performance use.
Constructed from premium 304 stainless steel, the PPE charge pipes feature a significantly increased diameter to reduce pressure drop and optimize airflow to and from the intercooler. The hot side is upgraded to a 2.5-inch pipe, while the cold side increases to 2.75 inches, resulting in over 50% greater cross-sectional flow area. Billet-machined quick-connect fittings ensure a secure, factory-style connection, while reinforced silicone couplers and constant-tension clamps provide reliable sealing under boost. Designed as a true bolt-on upgrade, this kit retains all factory accessories, sensors, and mounting points.
