The PNR Stage 2 Intercooler Ice Tank Complete Package is the most popular cooling upgrade for boosted 2015–2026 Mustangs. Designed as a complete, ready-to-install system, this 7-gallon half-moon reservoir fits securely in the spare tire well and delivers increased cooling capacity for serious street and drag strip performance.
Built and manufactured in the USA, PNR’s half-moon tanks are engineered for maximum fluid capacity while maintaining clean trunk fitment. The Stage 2 package includes the trusted Rule 2000 pump, making it ideal for drag-focused builds and weekend racers. This complete kit includes all required plumbing, wiring, and hardware to simplify installation and get you on the track faster.
Fitment Note: Due to the height of the Rule 2000 pump (6" tall), slight interference may occur at the top of the wheel well under the trunk carpet. The tank may sit approximately 1/2" higher because of pump height and vehicle sheet metal thickness.

Cap Options
All half-moon tanks come standard with an extra-large black cap. Optional upgrades include:
- Billet Aluminum Cap (Recommended): Provides the best sealing performance and long-term durability.
- Black & Red Ring Cap: Improved sealing design with ten mounting bolts and external threads. Does not sit flush under carpet. Avoid over-tightening to prevent thread damage.
- Black/Clear Cap: Available but may crack at the clear center due to trunk heat exposure.
For maximum reliability and sealing, upgrading to the billet aluminum cap is strongly recommended.
