Designed specifically for S550 and S650 applications, this system increases intercooler fluid capacity while delivering industry-leading coolant circulation for maximum intake air temperature control.

Hose & Installation Kit Options
Choose from 3/4" NPT, 1" NPT (PVC-style fittings), -12AN, or -16AN push-loc ends.
- 3/4" NPT and -12AN use 3/4" triple-layer insulated hose (OEM-style superchargers)
- 1" NPT and -16AN use 1" triple-layer insulated hose (upgraded larger-line systems)
Each installation kit includes:
- 50 feet of triple-layer insulated heat hose
- Nylon clamps and insulated mounting straps
- Relay and inline fuse
- Brass ball valve
- Drain setup
- Stainless hardware
Cap Options
- Standard Black Cap (seasonal O-ring/gasket replacement recommended)
- XL Black Cap (larger opening for frequent icing)
- Black & Red Ring-Style Cap (includes reusable rubber gasket)
- Billet Aluminum Cap (best sealing performance, includes reusable rubber gasket)
Note: Clear center caps have been discontinued due to durability concerns.
