PNR Stage 3 Intercooler Ice Tank Complete Package - 2005–2014 Ford Mustang (S197)

The PNR Stage 3 Intercooler Ice Tank Complete Package for the 2005–2014 S197 Mustang is engineered for boosted street and strip builds that demand improved plumbing, strong coolant flow, and clean trunk fitment. Featuring upgraded -12AN fittings and an external Davies Craig EWP150 pump, this 7-gallon half-moon reservoir delivers reliable cooling performance in a complete, ready-to-install system.

Designed and manufactured in the USA, the half-moon tank mounts securely in the spare tire well and fits flush under the carpet (when not using the black and red ring cap). Stage 3 upgrades include the proper fittings to convert the pump to AN-style connections, allowing hoses to be routed in the same direction as your return line for a cleaner installation. A 90-degree hose end is also included on the return side to simplify routing and improve packaging.

This package is ideal for S197 owners seeking better plumbing efficiency and strong pump performance without stepping into higher-cost pump options. The external EWP150 pump offers excellent flow for street and occasional dragstrip use while remaining budget-friendly and dependable.

Cap Options

All half-moon tanks come standard with an extra-large black cap. Optional upgrades include:

- Billet Aluminum Cap (Recommended): Best sealing performance and long-term durability.
- Black & Red Ring Cap: Improved sealing with ten mounting bolts and external threads. Does not sit flush under carpet and must not be over-tightened to avoid thread damage.
- Black/Clear Cap: Available but may crack at the clear center due to trunk heat exposure.

For maximum reliability and sealing performance, upgrading to the billet aluminum cap is strongly recommended.
