Single Turbo System (GMT0713.70.3) - 2007–2013 Chevy/GMC Silverado & Sierra 1500/2500
Wake up your GMT900 truck with On 3 Performance’s bolt-on single turbo system. Clean routing, responsive spool, and a divided (twin-scroll) hot side deliver stump-pulling torque and effortless mid-range without sacrificing daily drivability. The standard 70 mm turbo lights quickly, and the kit’s race-bred hardware—44 mm wastegate, 3→3.5" stainless downpipe, and a proven intercooler—keeps temps and backpressure in check when you lean on it.
Key Features
- Bolt-on design with tidy layout and straightforward install.
- Uses stock driver-side manifold; included crossover (clears 4x4 components/transfer case) feeds a passenger-side turbo location.
- Custom divided turbo manifold keeps banks separated to the T4 flange for fast spool and strong torque.
- On 3 Performance 70 mm turbocharger included (upgrade options available up to 84 mm).
- 44 mm v-banded wastegate (6–7 psi spring; vented to atmosphere) mounted at the T4 flange for precise boost control.
- 3"→3.5" stepped downpipe in 304 stainless, 16-gauge wall for durability.
- 3" all-aluminum cold-side tubing, bead-rolled with 5-ply couplers and stainless T-bolt clamps.
- Front-mount intercooler with 3" core (proven to ~800 hp); optional 4" core upgrade available.

Recommended Supporting Mods (Read Before Purchase)
- Tuning required after installation.
- Fuel system upgrade is mandatory: stock pump/injectors will not support the added airflow. Dual-pump setup + return line is recommended and can support ~900–1000 hp depending on fuel and combo.
- Typical builds see ~450–600+ rwhp with proper fueling and tune; stock long blocks commonly handle ~600 rwhp with care.
Turbo Sizing Guidance
- 4.8L / 5.3L: 70/65 or 76/65 works well on near-stock combos.
- 6.0L / 6.2L: step to 78/75 (or 76/75 BMF for higher power potential).
- 408+ cu in: consider 88/84 or a T6-frame depending on goals.
- Undersized turbines on larger engines can lead to turbo failure—choose appropriately for displacement and usage.
Notes
- Professional installation and dyno calibration recommended.
- Power, boost, and reliability depend on fuel quality, supporting mods, and tuning.
