The On3 Performance Low Mount Twin Turbo System for the 2015–2025 F-150 5.0L Coyote was developed and tested over the last year to create a turbo kit that’s easier to install while still delivering insane horsepower potential. This low-mount platform is built for real-world truck owners who want more than just peak dyno numbers—whether your goal is improved towing torque, stronger street performance, better overall drivability, or a full-blown racing setup.

Turbocharging is one of the most flexible performance upgrades available, and this system is designed to support a wide range of build styles. From mild street builds to extreme horsepower applications, this On3 twin turbo kit is a true “one system fits all” solution.

Real-World Performance for Street, Towing, and Racing

This system can support a modest 500 RWHP build on the low side while still having no problem supporting builds in the 1500 HP territory with the right supporting mods and engine combination. Many F-150 owners aren’t building race-only trucks—they want stronger torque for pulling trailers, improved throttle response, and a more powerful daily driving experience.

On3 has proven this kit’s performance on a 100% stock engine truck running an 18 Mustang intake, producing 885 HP on 12 lbs of boost on E85 using the shelf kit turbos shown (6466). For more race-focused builds, the Coyote platform has proven to make exceptional horsepower per pound of boost, with many 2015–2017 trucks producing 750–900 HP on stock engines with supporting upgrades such as oil pump gears. 2018+ trucks have shown the ability to push even further, with many setups surviving into the 1000 HP range.

Complete Twin Turbo System with Quality Components

This kit includes everything needed to build a strong, reliable twin turbo foundation. From fabricated tubular headers to stainless downpipes and a large race core intercooler, On3 includes the key components required for consistent boost response, efficient charge air cooling, and high horsepower capability.

The system includes oil-less dual ball bearing 6466 turbochargers, twin wastegates for boost control, a blow-off valve for compressor protection, and a complete coolant kit using black braided PTFE hose and fittings for a clean, durable install.
