The MGW billet shifter for the Tremec T56 Magnum XL transmission is now available. This shifter kit comes complete with shift handle and all mounting hardware needed for installation. Features 30 percent reduction in throw and strong return springs for a perfect 2-3 shift. Handle and shaft are adjustable for position and height.
Note: Only fits the 4-bolt magnum xl, does not fit the 6-bolt magnum
Note: Shift ball not included. Stock knob does not fit on shifter. Requires thread pattern of 12mm x 1.75
I originally had an oem t56 shifter, then a Tick shifter and i had to upgrade to the mgw due to the build quality. The Tick shifter rattled a lot under load and transferred a lot of NVH. The MGW is almost like oem , but 30% shorter throws. Really happy I upgraded.
