Built for extreme performance and high-horsepower applications, the Kooks 2" x 3" Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers are engineered to unleash the full potential of the supercharged 5.2L 4V engine found in the Raptor R. Designed with maximum exhaust flow in mind, these headers deliver significant gains in power, throttle response, and overall efficiency for serious street or off-road performance builds.
Constructed from premium stainless steel, these long tube headers feature oversized 2" primaries flowing into 3" collectors to reduce backpressure under heavy load and high RPM. Precision-built for excellent fitment and durability, this setup includes all required hardware for installation. These headers do not connect directly to the OEM exhaust and must be paired with the appropriate Kooks connection pipes to complete the system.
