The KellTrac Rear Low Profile Bumpstop Kit was engineered specifically for lowered 2015–2026 Ford F-150 trucks that need increased rear suspension travel without sacrificing ride quality or component longevity. One of the most common mistakes made when lowering an F-150 is removing the rear bumpstops entirely—or retaining the factory units and constantly bottoming out. This kit solves both problems.
Developed in-house on KellTrac project vehicles and real customer trucks, this low-profile bumpstop system provides controlled, progressive suspension engagement while freeing up valuable suspension travel. Unlike hard polymer bumpstops that create harsh impacts, KellTrac uses an OEM-style rubber design to ensure smooth, predictable bump progression under load.
With a compact 1.00-inch height and 2.50-inch diameter, this kit is ideal for lowered applications where space is limited but suspension control is critical. The result is improved ride quality, better handling, and protection for your shocks and chassis.

Installation Notes
- Apply a generous amount of blue Loctite during installation
- Spin bumpstop by hand until bushing contacts the frame
- Use supplied Allen key to tighten the bolt four full turns
- Allow Loctite to cure for one hour before driving
