The KellTrac 6th Gen Camaro Billet Differential Bushing Kit is engineered to permanently solve one of the most common and destructive weak points in the factory IRS—differential bushing deflection and fastener failure. Designed as a complete stock replacement, this system eliminates movement at the differential mounts and reinforces the entire assembly with massive, ultra-high-strength hardware.
Factory rubber bushings and undersized fasteners allow the differential to shift under load, leading to broken mounts, damaged housings, and inconsistent drivetrain behavior. KellTrac addresses this problem at its core with a proprietary billet bushing design and industry-leading 12.9-grade fasteners sourced from Italy. The result is a dramatically stronger, more stable differential mounting system built to withstand aggressive street use, drag racing, road racing, and high-horsepower applications.
This kit presses into the stock IRS subframe and differential like factory components and installs cleanly into the rear differential mounts without fabrication. To accommodate the significantly larger front fasteners, reaming of the subframe mounts is required—ensuring maximum clamp load and long-term reliability.

Important Installation Notes
- This is a full stock replacement kit that requires removal of the IRS subframe
- Reaming of front subframe mounts is required due to larger fasteners
- All bolts must be torqued to 240 ft-lbs
- Use a small amount of high-quality blue Loctite during installation
- All bushings press in from the front of the vehicle toward the rear
- Flanged faces of bushings must face the front of the vehicle
- Long bolt installs in the rear mount; shorter bolts install in the front mounts
- Due to factory tolerances, minor shimming or differential positioning may be required
