The GPI Track Attack LT1 Camshaft is the most extreme N/A cam offering in the GPI LT-Series lineup - engineered for maximum horsepower, high RPM stability, and outright track domination. Purpose-built for the 2014 - 2019 C7 Corvette LT1, the Track Attack cam is a proven 9-second capable grind when paired with ported heads, proper compression, and a high-flow manifold such as a High Ram.
This cam is designed strictly for high-compression, aggressive street/strip or race builds. With proper valvetrain components, the Track Attack cam pulls hard to an incredible 7600 RPM. It is one of the highest-revving, most powerful LT1 camshafts available on the market today.
Engineered for Serious High-Compression LT1 Builds
To take full advantage of the Track Attack cam's aggressive nature, the engine must run at least 13:1 compression, with 14:1 preferred for maximum efficiency and power. Due to the extended duration and lift, piston flycutting is required to ensure safe piston-to-valve clearance.
Proven 9-Second Performance
When combined with ported heads, a High Ram manifold, and proper supporting mods, the Track Attack package delivers enough airflow and top-end power to push full-weight 6th Gen Camaros and C7 Corvettes into the 9-second quarter-mile zone. This cam has been track-tested, data-logged, and refined through real racing, not theory.
Compatible with Centrifugal Boost
Although the Track Attack cam is optimized for all-out naturally aspirated performance, it also pairs exceptionally well with centrifugal superchargers. The linear airflow profile enhances high-RPM boost efficiency, making it a strong option for competitive boosted applications.
