The GPI SS4 LT Camshaft is the top-level, all-out naturally aspirated camshaft for the 2014 - 2019 C7 Corvette LT1. Designed for hardcore street/strip and competition-focused builds, this cam delivers massive airflow, explosive high-RPM power, and the strongest performance of any SS-Series LT cam. The SS4 LT has been extensively track tested and is a proven 10-second capable camshaft when combined with supporting heads and bolt-ons.

This cam is extremely powerful - pulling hard all the way to 7200 RPM - and is intended for high-compression builds running a minimum of 12.5:1 compression (13:1 ideal). Due to its aggressive lift and duration, the SS4 LT requires piston flycutting for safe piston-to-valve clearance.

The SS4 LT is built for enthusiasts who want every last bit of naturally aspirated horsepower from their LT1. Designed around high-RPM airflow, cylinder pressure optimization, and valvetrain stability, this cam represents the limit of what can be achieved in an LT1 without stepping into a custom race profile.

Centrifugal Boost Friendly

Although designed for N/A power, the SS4 LT also pairs extremely well with centrifugal superchargers. Because centrifugal systems follow a linear, N/A-like power curve, the SS4's aggressive profile continues to work effectively under boost - making it a strong option for boosted, high-compression competition builds.
