The GPI SS2 LT Camshaft is engineered for C7 Corvette owners who want an aggressive street/strip cam with stronger top-end power than the SS1 while still retaining good drivability. Purpose-built for the 2014 - 2019 C7 Corvette LT1, the SS2 LT delivers about 10 - 15 more horsepower than the SS1 while matching its torque output and extending the powerband all the way to 7000 RPM.
Designed for cars running a 3000+ RPM torque converter, the SS2 LT is an ideal choice for drivers who want more serious performance without stepping into full race-cam territory. For maximum results, a 4000+ converter is recommended.

Like all SS-Series LT cams, the SS2 LT was designed around naturally aspirated power curves but also performs extremely well under centrifugal supercharging. Its linear power delivery closely matches the airflow characteristics of both N/A and centrifugal boosted setups, making it a great long-term choice if you plan to add boost later.
Five Cam Iterations for LT1 Performance
GPI offers five LT1 cam profiles, from mild street-friendly grinds to aggressive N/A race cams - with optional custom spec work. The SS2 LT sits in the middle of the lineup: more top-end than SS1, smoother than SS3, and ideal for serious street/strip performance.
