The GPI STG2 Low Lift Camshaft delivers a major performance jump for 2014+ 5.3L Direct Injected trucks (L83 / L84) without sacrificing drivability. Designed for enthusiasts who want sharper acceleration, stronger mid-range power, and a noticeable top-end bump, the STG2 is the ideal upgrade for street/strip builds running a 3000+ RPM converter.
This cam rivals the torque of STG1 while adding 10 - 15 HP up top, staying strong to 6400 RPM, and maintaining the smooth lobe design GPI is known for. Like all GPI LT-series truck cams, it works beautifully with centrifugal superchargers thanks to a naturally compatible power curve.
