The GSC Power-Division Billet R1 Camshafts are engineered for the Toyota 2JZ-GTE, delivering fast spool, crisp throttle response, and strong low-to-mid RPM cylinder fill. Originally designed for stroker builds, the R1 profile also performs exceptionally well on stock stroke engines, making it a versatile choice for high-performance street cars, drift setups, and road racers.

Installation Requirements
- Upgraded valve springs required (GSC5064 or GSC5066 recommended)
- Shimless or shim-under bucket tappets required
- Cylinder head clearance must be verified for 11mm lift
- Minimum .020" / 0.5mm clearance from head casting is mandatory
Recommended Engine Setup
- Stroker or increased displacement engine suggested (not required)
- Ported cylinder head recommended for optimal flow
