GSC Billet Stroker R2 Camshafts – Mitsubishi Evo 4–8 (GSC7008R2)
High-Lift Stroker Cams for Boosted 4G63 Builds
The GSC Power Division billet R2 camshafts (PN GSC7008R2) are purpose-built for Mitsubishi Evo 4–8 engines with added displacement or stroker configurations. Featuring a high-lift, aggressive profile with compact duration, these cams are optimized for a usable RPM range of 4,000–8,500 RPM, delivering strong midrange and top-end power without sacrificing drivability.
- Peak Lift: 12.00mm intake / 12.00mm exhaust
- Recommended Valve Springs: GSC5041 or GSC5040 Ti retainer spring kits (due to seal-to-retainer clearance)
- Boost Compatibility: GSC5041 supports 40+ psi; GSC5040 supports up to 32 psi at 8,500 RPM
- Power Gains: 25–30 WHP over S2 profile on stroked setups; more with ported head and aftermarket intake manifold
- Valvetrain Compatibility: Works with OEM rocker arms and zero-tick or factory lifters
- Manufacturing: Precision billet construction, made in the USA

Installation Tip
If you're running aftermarket cam gears—especially AEM—check bolt clearance. Some gear designs may require a 40mm underhead bolt due to increased thickness.
