Designed for the 5.0L Coyote Gen 3 engine, this standard-size stainless steel exhaust valve from GSC Power Division is built for high-performance durability and precision. Crafted from modified 23-8n stainless steel, it’s engineered to withstand extreme heat and stress—ideal for turbocharged and high-RPM applications.
This valve features a 45° seat contact angle, differing from the OEM’s 40°, and requires a valve job to ensure proper sealing and valvetrain geometry. Using advanced 3D modeling and simulation tools, GSC developed a high-flow valve head that minimizes distortion under pressure, delivering consistent performance and reliable sealing over time.
