Designed for 5.0L Ford Coyote Gen 1 and Gen 2 engines, this +1MM oversize stainless steel exhaust valve from GSC Power Division is engineered for high-performance builds requiring increased flow and durability. The valve features a 45° seat contact angle—different from the OEM’s 40° spec—which necessitates a valve job for proper sealing and geometry.
Using advanced 3D modeling and simulation, GSC developed a high-flow valve head that minimizes face distortion under extreme conditions, resulting in better sealing and consistent performance throughout the valve’s lifespan.
