Designed for 2011–2017 Ford Mustang GT and F-150 5.0L Coyote engines, GSC Power Division’s standard-size exhaust valves are precision-machined from modified 23-8n stainless steel for enhanced strength and flow. Each valve features a 45° seat contact angle—different from the OEM 40° spec—requiring a valve job for proper sealing and geometry.
Using advanced 3D modeling and flow simulation, GSC engineered a high-flow valve head with reduced face distortion under extreme conditions, ensuring consistent performance and reliable sealing over time.
