This single +1mm oversize 31mm exhaust valve from GSC Power Division is engineered for Honda K-Series DOHC VTEC engines. Featuring a 5.5mm stem and an overall length of 108.80mm, it’s designed to handle extreme heat and high RPM while delivering consistent performance.

GSC developed this valve line using advanced 3D modeling and simulation software to enhance strength and flow. Each prototype is flow-tested in its target application to ensure maximum efficiency. The result is a high-performance valve with reduced face distortion—allowing for better sealing under pressure and reliable operation over time.
