Engineered for high-performance Honda valvetrain buildsThis set of eight +1mm oversized 34mm exhaust valves from GSC Power Division is precision-designed for Honda B-Series DOHC VTEC engines. Each valve features a 5.5mm stem diameter and measures 102.60mm in overall length, delivering improved airflow and reliable sealing under extreme heat and high RPM.
GSC’s valve line was developed using advanced 3D modeling and simulation tools to maximize strength and flow. Each prototype is tested in its specific application to ensure optimal performance. The result is a high-flow valve head with minimal face distortion—providing better sealing and consistent results throughout the valve’s lifespan.

- Swirl-polished heads enhance airflow across the valve surface
- Back-cut design reduces weight for improved RPM response and compatibility with aggressive cam profiles
- Micro-polished stems reduce oil retention and drag for smoother valve movement
- Exhaust valves crafted from modified 23-8n stainless for superior heat resistance and long-term durability
- Valve tips are either hardened or fused with stelite wafers to minimize wear and extend service life
- Tip heights are optimized to reduce setup time and maintain proper valvetrain geometry
- Keeper grooves are fine-tuned to balance spring pressures and reduce the need for shims
- Compatible with OEM or upgraded keepers/locks (reuse of old locks not recommended for performance builds)
