With a 5.5mm stem diameter and an overall length of 102.60mm, it’s engineered to deliver improved airflow and reliable sealing under high-RPM, high-heat conditions.
GSC’s valve line was developed using advanced 3D simulation and modeling tools to enhance both strength and flow. Each prototype is tested in its intended application to ensure maximum performance. The result is a high-flow valve head with reduced face distortion—providing better sealing and consistent performance over time.

- Valve tips are either hardened or fused with stelite wafers to reduce wear and extend service life
- Tip heights are optimized to reduce setup time and maintain proper valvetrain geometry
- Keeper grooves are precision-tuned to balance spring pressures and reduce the need for shims
- Compatible with OEM or upgraded keepers/locks (reuse of old locks not recommended for performance builds)
