Each valve features a 5.5mm stem diameter and measures 102.60mm in overall length, delivering enhanced flow and reliable sealing under high-RPM, high-heat conditions.
GSC developed this valve line using advanced 3D modeling and simulation software to optimize strength and airflow. Each prototype is flow-tested in its intended application to ensure peak performance. The result is a high-flow valve head with reduced face distortion—providing better sealing and consistent performance over time.

- Back-cut design reduces weight for better RPM response and compatibility with aggressive cam profiles
- Micro-polished stems minimize oil retention and drag for smoother valve movement
- Exhaust valves made from modified 23-8n stainless for high heat resistance and extended durability
- Valve tips are either hardened or fused with stelite wafers to reduce wear and extend service life
- Tip heights are optimized to reduce setup time and maintain proper valvetrain geometry
- Keeper grooves are precision-tuned to balance spring pressures and reduce the need for shims
- Compatible with OEM or upgraded keepers/locks (reuse of old locks not recommended for performance builds)
